This photo was taken in Berlin-Friedrichshain on Frankfurter Allee. I like how the cracks in the windowpane spread out in a cross-shaped pattern, and how the pragmatic attempt to cover the point of impact with tape and a piece of paper comes across. I tried to capture a bit more of the reflection in the fractured glass—in other words, to make visible the place from which the blow originated.
